Salary: $75,000-$100,000/year (based on experience) Benefits: Employee-paid health insurance 401(k) Paid vacation PTO Holiday pay Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM YOUR DAY AS A RECRUITING SPECIALIST - HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER In this Recruiting Specialist - Human Resources Manager role, you'll kick off each day by reviewing recruitment activity and team updates. From there, you'll dive into all things HR: managing benefits, overseeing insurance, streamlining onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies. A major part of your day will focus on recruiting top-tier industrial refrigeration technicians nationwide, collaborating with department leaders to understand needs, screening applicants, and conducting interviews. You'll keep HR operations running smoothly so our people can thrive-and so we can keep delivering exceptional results to our clients. WHAT'S REQUIRED? 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager Proven experience in nationwide recruiting Knowledge of the industrial refrigeration/mechanical industry (preferred) ALL ABOUT IHG MECHANICAL We're experts in industrial refrigeration solutions for major national corporations.
