You'll work with cutting-edge tools, support a mission-driven team, andplay a critical role in maintaining the integrity of underground infrastructurefor residential, commercial, and industrial clients. WhatYou'll Do Operate hydro-vac trucks, excavators, jetters, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Install, repair, and replace underground water, sewer, gas, and drain lines Maintain and clean septic tanks, sewer lines, and related infrastructure Diagnose and resolve plumbing and drain issues using cameras and diagnostic tools Ensure compliance with plumbing codes across multiple municipalities Load, transport, and secure equipment to and from job sites Use Service Titan software to manage and document job details Support and train apprentices; maintain organized vehicles and workspaces Provide excellent customer communication and recommend best solutions Sell maintenance agreements and handle on-site payments WhatYou Bring Valid driver's license (must meet insurance requirements) Ability to lift 100 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Hands-on experience in plumbing, excavation, and drain/sewer systems Trade school diploma, apprenticeship completion, or equivalent preferred Solid communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset Strong familiarity with sewer line inspection tools and drain-clearing equipment Comfort using job-related software and tools (Service Titan, Divvy, tablets) CriticalSkills & Traits Dependable and punctual with strong work ethic Coachable, self-starting, and solutions-focused Customer-first mindset with attention to detail Able to follow safety policies and adapt to evolving tasks Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Benefits & Perks Health, dental & vision insurance Paid time off & holiday pay Retirement plan with company match Weekly performance bonuses + year-end bonus Continued education & training opportunities Partial reimbursement for cell phone use Employee discounts, referral program, and company events WhyEPHA?
