Job Description Enterprise Solution Architect (IC6) If you are driven by the opportunity to radically shape the systems that drive Oracle's most dynamic business segment, this position is for you. As an Enterprise Solution Architect within Oracle Applications Labs (OAL), you will play a pivotal role in defining the enterprise architecture for key applications that facilitate the rapid growth of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This position offers you the chance to directly influence the strategy for enterprise applications and harness AI opportunities, collaborating with senior executives to craft a solutions roadmap that creates a significant impact at scale. About the Team Oracle Applications Labs (OAL) is at the forefront of designing and implementing the internal Fusion applications that run Oracle's operations. The Enterprise Solution Architecture (ESA) team within OAL bridges the gap between business strategy and technical implementation. Our focus is on ensuring that technology investments yield substantial business value by prioritizing initiatives, shaping the application delivery roadmap, and driving solutions that enhance Oracle's growth trajectory. We engage closely with Product Management, Engineering, and executive leadership to sustain the momentum of OCI. Scope of Role As an OAL Enterprise Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the complete architecture of significant application initiatives. Your extensive knowledge in business processes, Fusion applications, AI, and cloud infrastructure will empower you to define scalable solution architectures, assess scope and effort, and steer successful project outcomes. High-Stakes Solution Design - Take ownership of the architecture for critical enterprise initiatives. Your designs will drive tangible business results, enhance operational efficiency, and explore new applications of AI and machine learning. Executive Visibility - Communicate roadmap solutions, architectural recommendations, and delivery approaches to senior leaders, influencing strategic directions at the highest levels. Cross-Functional Impact - Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable, AI-driven technical solutions utilizing OCI native services. Professional Growth - As a senior contributor and thought leader, you will work alongside skilled architects, mentor colleagues, refine best practices, and expand your influence across a global network. Responsibilities Experience Required 10-15 years of experience in solution architecture, solution scoping and design, applications project execution, and cloud infrastructure. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Business Applications (ERP, CRM, Data and analytics, AI), particularly with Oracle Fusion. Proven experience in leading architecture discussions with senior business and engineering stakeholders to develop roadmaps, endorse solution designs, and confirm delivery plans. A strong inclination towards practical solutioning and problem-solving with a results-oriented mindset, while maintaining focus on details. An innovative and positive approach to designing and delivering solutions for customers, along with the ability to articulate solution strategies to internal customers and executives. Practical experience using standard architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and associated architecture tools. Capable of dissecting complex problems to formulate appropriate assessments and recommendations. Able to cultivate strong internal partnerships, functioning as a leading contributor both individually and within teams while providing mentorship. A bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent professional experience. Background in high tech or software sectors. Oracle Cloud certifications in Fusion, Data, Infrastructure, and AI are highly advantageous. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. The specified salary range for this role is between $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. Eligibility for bonus and equity may apply.
