In this pivotal role, you will lead and support client engagements focused on core controllership and finance operations. Your responsibilities will include managing projects related to procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes. You will guide teams that help clients navigate complex needs such as audit readiness, accounting for acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, and debt transactions. Additionally, you will provide expert advice on intricate technical accounting issues. The ideal candidate will conduct in-depth financial analysis, perform due diligence, and deliver strategic accounting recommendations aligned with regulatory standards. To qualify, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with preference given to candidates with advanced degrees or professional certifications, including an active CPA license. A minimum of 6 years of experience in financial consulting, advisory services, or audit work, especially in transaction-focused or capital markets settings, is essential. You should demonstrate a deep understanding of GAAP accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and be proficient in financial modeling and analysis. The role also entails involvement in process design, technology implementation, and data modeling to yield insights that drive business decisions.
