TEAMWORKEXCELLENT BENEFITSSTABLE WORK ENVIRONMENT Duties and Responsibilities: Project person is responsible for floor care (stripping and cleaning, carpet maintenance, replacing tiles) Preparing rooms: moving furniture, washing walls, curtains Candidate will fill in as a housekeeper if needed Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Must be able to work as a team member Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment This position may require occasional weekends Qualifications and Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred) Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred) Healthcare or Commerical Floor Care: 1 year (Preferred, but willing to train the right candidate) Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off 401k Flexible schedule #CJ24
