Desired Skills and Qualities: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or readiness to obtain within 45 days of hire Paid experience with children preferred (e.g., camp counselor, daycare worker, nanny, school aide, ABA) High energy, creativity, and quick thinking Reliability - a dependable presence for clients and families Physical ability to engage actively with children, including getting up and down and moving quickly Comfort with technology, including data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 Willingness to learn and provide exceptional care using evidence-based methods About ABS Kids: At ABS Kids, it's in the 'wow' moments that we find our passion.
