IRL Technologist

3rd Shift | Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM As an IRL Technologist , you will perform basic and advanced donor and patient testing to determine compatibility and help ensure safe, lifesaving transfusions. You'll resolve complex serologic challenges and provide consultation support to hospitals and transfusion services. What You'll Do Perform automated and manual blood bank testing Resolve compatibility issues and testing irregularities Provide reference and consultation services to hospitals Manage receipt, shipment, and transport of donor/patient samples Maintain reagent inventory and troubleshoot equipment concerns Assist with special blood product manufacturing as needed Support additional lab duties as required Schedule & Pay 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Competitive hourly pay based on experience + shift differential Occasional on-call coverage during holidays or staffing needs What You Bring MT (ASCP) required Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or Chemistry Minimum 1 year of related experience OR MLT (ASCP) with 4 years of general lab experience State licensure if required Strong communication skills and team mindset Physical Requirements Extended standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in refrigerated environments, and use of lab/medical equipment with required PPE.
