Position Summary Join our dynamic team in Newark, DE, where you will play a crucial role in Java application development, handling LLE triage and support, as well as release support. Our vibrant location offers a collaborative environment with a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of three days per week onsite. Primary Responsibilities Develop and enhance applications using Core Java (20%) Design and propose new components using Design Patterns and UML (20%) Implement and maintain J2EE applications across various servers and containers such as Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss, and Apache Tomcat (20%) Utilize Spring/DI frameworks including Core Spring, Spring Integration, and Spring AOP for application development (20%) Create and manage REST and SOAP Web services and applications (20%) Required Qualifications Proficient in Core Java and solid Object-Oriented Programming skills Strong design expertise with experience in Design Patterns and UML Experience with J2EE and familiar with App Servers such as Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss, and Apache Tomcat Comfortable developing with Spring/DI frameworks Experience in REST, SOAP Web service, and Web application development Knowledgeable in JPDA/Hibernate and distributed caching frameworks like eHCache Familiar with encryption and PKI Experience with XML processing and binding frameworks like JAXB and Xstream Desired Qualifications Hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server Proven ability to produce high transaction volume services/applications Skills in performance tuning and application profiling Strong technical communication and presentation skills Familiarity with Continuous Integration development approaches and tools like Jenkins/Hudson Experience with development tools such as Jmeter, SOAPUIs, Junit, TestNG, DynaTrace, and Jprobe Knowledge of Maven and repositories such as Nexus and Apache Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple time zones Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and delivering high-quality work For immediate consideration please click APPLY.
