The Talent Search (TS) East Orange programs is a federally grant-funded program that identifies and assists middle and high school students who have the potential to succeed in higher education. The programs seek a dynamic creative, human-centered Program Coordinator (PC) to guide early college and career readiness preparation and adaptive school-based and Saturday programming for 6th-12th grade students. Key Program Coordinator II responsibilities include and are not limited to: Coordinate TRIO programs services; Oversee program documentation, service tracking and data input; Coordinate program outreach, community engagement and cross program collaborations; Assist the Program Manager with the hire of part-time staff; Develop TRIO curriculum for Academic year, Saturday and Summer courses while observing and evaluating the performance of part-time staff; Work to enhance the student experience by collaborating with community partners, school districts, and other institutional stakeholders.
