This role requires a strong focus on network security, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage and improve security capabilities and services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and committed to ensuring the integrity of our network systems. Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Detection development, 4-6 Years of Experience Required Network detection and response (NDR), 4-6 Years of Experience Required Network monitoring, 4-6 Years of Experience Required Preferred Skills & Qualifications Ability to read a room, identify and leverage institutional knowledge, and work with stakeholders with opposing views Ability to see around the corner, hope for the best and plan for the worst, and exercise a healthy balance between security and accessibility Ability to define problems clearly and concisely, develop action plans with options, including pros and cons to those options, and offer recommendations to address the problem directly Day-to-Day Responsibilities Identify and correct a variety of data management issues Coordinate with infrastructure, engineering, and application project/support teams to ensure new policies/assets are deployed efficiently Serve as a technical expert and demonstrate hands-on experience with endpoint detection and response, network detection and response tools Enable and continuously mature security capabilities and services to effectively manage risk Participate in on-call rotation, respond to security incidents promptly, and lead troubleshooting and restoration activities Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse workplace environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive team culture that values collaboration and innovation For immediate consideration please click APPLY
