Job Summary Join our team as a Project Manager, where you will play a crucial role in planning, directing, and coordinating multiple projects throughout their life cycle. We seek a skilled individual who excels in managing various projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution and timely performance of all tasks. Job Duties and Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with the Director of Field Operations to determine and acquire the necessary manpower for assigned projects. Initiating and participating in negotiations with prospective clients. Analyzing project requirements and developing actionable plans, delivery timelines, and schedules. Defining customer requirements and transforming them into operational plans. Monitoring and controlling costs against budget and performance, and assessing field staffing requirements. Evaluating the impact of projects on various operational areas, including Deployment Solutions, Engineering, and Corporate Services, to identify the most effective and economical completion methods. Providing leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project execution, including developing contingency plans such as schedule adjustments and resource allocations. Maintaining communication with both internal and external customers to ensure project success. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed (up to 25%). Ability to plan project activities effectively. Experience with budget development and cost control. Knowledge of change control processes. Understanding of contract specifications and drawings. Expertise in project schedule development and monitoring. Skills in employee and resource management. Familiarity with estimating and procurement management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate across various levels of the organization. Conflict resolution skills, maintaining a professional and calm demeanor. A thorough understanding of industry-standard safety regulations. A professional appearance and conduct in alignment with AllCom’s standards to represent our company well to customers and the public. Education/Certification/Job Experience Required The following qualifications are required: Experience working with the United States Army Corps of Engineers is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably with state departments. Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Security Clearance. Must successfully pass pre-employment testing (drug and background) and possess a valid driver's license.
