We are seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA ) to work with our geriatric and/or pediatric clients, one-on-one , in a professional and compassionate manner at their home in the surrounding areas of Spring City, PA.The available shifts are up to 40-hours available! Full-time or Part-time hours available! Weekday and Weekend availability!Additional clients available in the surrounding areas (Phoenixville, Royersford, Pottstown, Collegeville, etc.)!Benefits: Weekly Pay!Medical Insurance available!Flexible scheduling to match your lifestyle!Pay Range $13.50-14.50/hour401(k) with employer matchingEmployee Incentive ProgramEmployee Recognition ProgramPPE Available Home Health Aide Responsibilities: Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)Assist clients with personal care and hygienePlan and prepare mealsPerform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their ownBe pleasant and supportive companionReport any unusual incidents Home Health Aide Requirements: 2 years of verifiable Home Care or Facility experienceForm of transportation to client's residenceValid PA Driver's License preferredMust be able to lift at least 50 poundsMust pass State and Federal background checksMust have up-to-date Physical and Two-Step PPD or Chest X-rayMust pass Home Health Aide pre-employment TestMinimum Education required High School diploma or GED Personal Health Care is a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency founded in 1981.
