Payroll Analyst

A leading supply chain distributor client of Century Group's is searching for a Payroll Analyst to join their team. You will be responsible for general ledger accounting, oversight of payables and receivables, balance sheet reconciliations, and month end close. This position is in Santa Ana area. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $75,000 to $90,000 per year. Job Description: Support the semi-monthly, biweekly and weekly US and Canada payroll processes with UltiPro, posting payroll Journal Entries. Prepare and record payroll, and employment tax related re-class journal entries. Reconcile accounts with the general ledger and ensure that all entries are accurate. Analyze and submit all UKG billing and payments. Review journal entries and rec for GL. Requirements: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to communicate with professionals at all levels Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences Advance Microsoft Office Applications Experience : Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance 3+ years of general ledger or accounting experience UltiPro experience is a plus REF 46804 #LI-POST
