Senior Software Development Architect

Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Development Architect to lead the architecture, design, and advancement of our AI Agent and Agent App Builder based application development. This pivotal role will focus on transforming our Marketing application through intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows. As a technical leader, you will define scalable and extensible architectures while guiding engineering teams to implement innovative AI-first solutions. Your expertise will help ensure our applications meet high standards of performance, security, and reliability. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to introduce groundbreaking, automation-centric capabilities. 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership Demonstrated proficiency in designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications Strong background in AI/ML systems, agent-based architectures, or automation platforms Deep understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and event-driven systems Experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices Robust programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or similar Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives effectively Exceptional problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management Experience in Marketing technology or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Responsibilities As a key member of the software engineering division, you will actively contribute to defining and evolving standard practices and procedures. You will suggest and justify product directions, define responsibilities for new projects, and design and develop software according to specifications. You will provide consultative guidance and strategic direction associated with developing, designing, and debugging software applications. Lead the architecture and design of AI Agent and Agent App Builder based development Define and drive technical strategy for integrating AI/ML capabilities into Marketing applications Establish best practices for scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multiple engineering teams Collaborate with Product Management to translate business needs into technical solutions Drive design reviews, architecture governance, and technical decision-making processes Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and cloud platforms Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies in AI, automation, and agent-based systems Lead efforts in system reliability, observability, and performance optimization Influence the long-term roadmap and align architecture with organizational goals Disclaimer: Certain customer-facing roles may require compliance with immunization and occupational health mandates. Salary and Benefits: Range in USD: $136,600 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
