Job Description Join our dynamic and rapidly growing Oracle Database Cloud team, which includes groundbreaking products like Autonomous Database, Exadata Database, and NoSQL Database. We are seeking a passionate and innovative Senior Outbound Product Manager to propel the growth of our database cloud services across global markets. In this role, you will lead business development initiatives, refine our go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our Database Cloud offerings. As a strategic leader, you will play a key role in defining and executing the growth roadmap for Oracle Database Cloud, targeting critical market segments and partnerships that present substantial opportunities. Tactically, you will engage actively with diverse internal teams, including operations, product release, and development, to manage the entire lifecycle of our cloud services and products. You'll closely partner with the sales and business development teams to gain insights into market dynamics and efficiently address barriers to growth. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with a technology-driven Product Management team to define key differentiators and success metrics for Oracle Database Cloud offerings. Coordinate with stakeholders to successfully commercialize and launch service enhancements. Partner with marketing teams to align messaging with our core product value proposition, boosting market development and reinforcing our sales pipeline. Engage with regional sales and business development teams to tailor sales plays, programs, and GTM strategies according to regional needs, providing continuous training and support. Expand the partner ecosystem by aligning our value proposition with partners' GTM strategies, facilitating effective product positioning and necessary training. Conduct win-loss analyses with regional sales and business development teams, generating insights on success factors and providing routine feedback to management and product teams. Help establish credible references and create compelling success stories, white papers, and training materials. We are looking for an individual with a proactive and creative mindset, capable of building consensus across a diverse organization and excited to introduce innovative cloud solutions globally. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Outbound Product Management, Sales Engineering, or Business Development. At least 3 years of experience as an Oracle DBA or database developer. A BA or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. This role may require compliance with specific US customer or client-facing requirements, such as health mandates. The salary range for this position is between $82,500 to $199,500 per annum, with potential for bonuses and equity.
