Customer Service Associate

Job Title: Customer Service Associate Essential Job Functions: Provide outstanding and friendly service to customers at all times. Follow the guidelines for packaging customer orders according to the bagging manual. Assist in keeping bag racks filled. Unload shopping carts for customers efficiently. Maintain the organization of shopping carts at the front end. Support cashiers to ensure swift checkout for customers. Retrieve stray shopping carts from the parking area. Keep your work station and surrounding areas tidy and organized. Help stock items such as milk and eggs. Assist customers in finding products throughout the store. Maintain professionalism by avoiding conversations with colleagues during bagging. Understand the ValuCard program and be ready to explain it to customers. Participate in cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping the store. Ensure bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. Help keep the parking lot free of litter and ensure shopping carts are organized. Work in the parcel pick-up area as required. Return misplaced items to their correct locations. Collect trash and prepare boxes for baling when necessary. Use the intercom system correctly. Understand shelf tags to assist with price changes. Stock merchandise as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.
