The Role Were looking for a Project Manager Associate to help guide our clients through office builds, renovations, and relocations. Youll manage everything from schedules and budgets to vendors and move-ins. You dont need to know everything, but you do need to be organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling details while keeping the big picture in mind. What Youll Do Help plan projects, build timelines, and estimate costs Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors Support client communication and keep everyone aligned Oversee construction progress and coordinate move logistics Handle invoices, project tracking, and final wrap-up Sit in on client meetings and help grow the business What Were Looking For 35 years of project management experience (real estate or construction ideal) Degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or something similar Comfortable reading drawings and managing budgets Solid Excel and general Microsoft Office skills Strong communicator who can stay on top of details and keep things moving Position Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Project Management, Finance, and Design Industries: Real Estate and Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
