About the Role Driver Type: Experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers Equipment Type: Flatbed Route Type: Regional Division: Division 264 Terminal: Ennis, TX Home Time: Home Weekly Financial Package Weekly Pay: Earn between $903.01 and $1,595.29 per week Annual Pay: Full-time drivers can make between $46,956.00 and $82,940.00 per year based on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service. Your pay package includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, safety bonuses, and more. Flatbed Regional Driver Rate is $0.52 - $0.66 per mile, dependent on experience. Transitioning jobs can be challenging, which is why our Transition Package is designed to support you. We provide a $1,800 Transition Package, including $1,000 for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on what you do best—driving. Home Time Home Weekly Home time may vary by division. This specific opportunity is for Division 264. System Transport offers various route options for truck drivers. How to Get Hired Hiring Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL required Must be 21 years or older Safe driving record is essential. No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years 4+ months of driving experience required Preferred: 1 year of truck driving experience Background check and clean drug test required Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. Testing will occur during orientation, and flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of our loads.
