The Role: As a Senior Manager in Operations Consulting, you will guide cross-functional teams to enhance performance in Medicare Stars and similar quality initiatives through effective clinical data strategies. Your role will be crucial in building trust with various stakeholders and advocating for improvements in healthcare data management quality. Responsibilities include: Leading cross-functional teams to drive excellent performance in quality initiatives. Coaching team members to confront and navigate complex challenges effectively. Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Influencing quality improvement initiatives in healthcare data management. Developing actionable clinical data strategies that lead to positive transformation. Aligning efforts with Medicare Stars and related initiatives. Encouraging collaboration and teamwork to boost performance. Analyzing clinical data sources to empower informed decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. At least 8 years of relevant experience. What Makes You Stand Out: Master's Degree in Health Administration preferred. Extensive expertise in clinical data management. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in clinical data operations. Experience managing large-scale quality improvement initiatives. Capable of translating complex technical insights into relatable terms for non-technical audiences. Background in developing frameworks to enhance data reliability. Solid understanding of regulatory compliance in Medicaid and Medicare. Proficiency in utilizing AI/ML tools to ensure clinical data accuracy. The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
