Job Description Oracle's mission is to help people see data in innovative ways, uncover insights, and unlock endless possibilities. At Oracle North America Applications Consulting, we are building vital connections between Oracle's cutting-edge technology and the people who use it to achieve remarkable outcomes! Our team focuses on clients leveraging our cloud applications. With resources primarily based in North America and India, we are experiencing rapid growth and need skilled business architects ready to bring their expertise, energy, and creativity to enhance the delivery of exceptional client experiences on cloud application projects. Business Architects are crucial in crafting and implementing outstanding cloud solutions for our clients. As seasoned experts and strategic thinkers, they play an essential role in sales and delivery, particularly during the global design phase of programs: defining solutions, gaining client trust, and facilitating a swift time to value. In this role, you will collaborate with our leadership team to craft the solutions we offer. Success in this position requires the ability to build client confidence, design comprehensive cloud solutions, and accurately estimate consulting projects, drawing on your extensive cloud delivery experience. We are seeking change agents with proven records of delivering large-scale cloud projects and a focus on lifetime client enablement. You thrive on connecting people, processes, and technology, and take pride in managing expectations while guiding clients from their current state to their desired future state. Key Responsibilities: Assist in solution development and play a critical role in the deal pursuit team to secure new consulting implementation business. Ensure projects sold are implemented successfully and in alignment with revenue, margin goals, and strategy. Build strong alliances with Oracle North America Applications sales teams to collaboratively pursue software and consulting opportunities. Nurture long-lasting client partnerships, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. Mentor and develop your team, empowering them to excel and drive success in their careers and for our clients. Collaborate with colleagues to generate thought leadership and refine how we sell and deliver in the market. Minimum Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with 3 to 5 years in a Business Architect role, focusing significantly on Core Finance processes such as General Ledger, Assets, Payables, Receivables, Project Portfolio Management, Cash Management, Accounting Hub, Lease Management, and Revenue Management. Oracle Product Certification in one of these areas is required; a CPA is a plus. Familiarity with Fusion AI Agents is essential. A minimum of an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is necessary. Broader product, technology, or industry knowledge can be advantageous. You should have the ability to design and communicate strategic solutions, possess in-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices, and understand competitive and partner products and technologies. Your skills should include selling and negotiation techniques, and you should be willing to travel as required. This role also entails: Client success: Our architects listen to and align with clients, co-developing solutions and assembling consulting teams to deliver on promises made. Leadership: Engage with our go-to-market team and help shape our business while contributing to recruitment and team development. Thought Leadership: Participate in client-facing events and help envision innovative solutions to elevate client outcomes. At Oracle Consulting, we believe: The demands of modern cloud businesses require new ways of thinking — more human-centered and experience-based approaches. Cloud technology should empower individuals to solve problems independently, free from bureaucratic constraints. Aligning people, processes, and technology with business strategy fosters transformative results. Recognizing individual contributions cultivates an engaged workforce committed to impactful client results. #LI-LG1 Disclaimer: Certain US customer-facing roles may necessitate compliance with immunization and occupational health mandates. Compensation: The salary range for this role is from $120,100 to $251,600 per year, potentially eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and more. This position generally accepts applications for at least three calendar days from the posting date or until it remains posted. Career Level - IC5 About Us: Oracle integrates data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to enable everything from industry innovations to essential care. With AI woven into our offerings, we help clients realize a promising future. We also encourage community involvement through our volunteer programs. Oracle is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
