Do you have a strong passion and drive to engineer and operate one of the largest cloud infrastructures globally, contributing to a better future for all? This is an exciting chance to leverage cutting-edge cloud technologies to assist U.S. Government agencies in realizing innovative cloud solutions and overcoming technical challenges. At AWS, we've assembled specialized service teams dedicated to our work with the U.S. Intelligence Community. We're constructing some of the most extensive and intricate distributed systems worldwide, and we need flexible individuals to help us implement and operate these systems. The AWS Intelligence team is in search of highly motivated engineers who emphasize operational excellence and are skilled in troubleshooting complex system operations. This position mandates that the selected candidate currently possesses and maintains an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph, and agrees to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work. A typical day might involve diving deep to discover the root cause of a customer issue, investigating negative metric trends, or discussing innovative new methods to automate operational processes. As a team member, you'll collaborate with a dedicated group of engineers committed to providing troubleshooting and operational support while innovating to automate tasks.
