Our ideal candidate is an empathetic and compassionate provider who continuously challenges the status quo in everything they do.At BAA, we work to foster a positive work environment that ensures success, growth and career satisfaction for all employees.We are open to a full-time or part-time Audiologist in any of our 3 Brooklyn-based offices – Bay Ridge, Brooklyn Heights and/or Sheepshead Bay.What you’ll do:Perform comprehensive audiological evaluationsAdminister cognitive screeningsExtensive patient counselingFit premium hearing technology (including Lyric invisible extended wear devices) to treat patients suffering from hearing loss and/or tinnitusPerform cerumen managementEarmold impressions/Otoscans (3D images of the ear canal)Virtual consultationsTroubleshoot hearing device related issuesMentor Audiology doctoral studentsAural rehabilitationWho you are:Doctor of Audiology (Au.D) or Master of Audiology (M.A.) from an accredited programLicensed to practice in New York StateExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to make patients feel comfortablePassionate about learning and improving your skills to provide better quality careA team-player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative environmentInnovative, proactive and business-mindedWho we are:At Brooklyn Audiology Associates, we’ve been helping patients with their hearing loss, tinnitus, and hearing-related conditions since 1980.
