Summary: Join Meta's Enterprise Products team as a Workday Application Specialist, where you will play a key role in enhancing the Workday platform alongside the People Data and Employee Services teams. This position is ideal for a knowledgeable professional who is adept at configuring a wide array of Workday products and executing comprehensive solution designs in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate with elite product and engineering teams to optimize Workday processes, ensuring scalability and an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Workday Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Workday to fine-tune the platform, ensuring it supports vital services and provides a seamless user experience. Functional & Technical Configuration: Lead the configuration and blueprinting of Workday solutions, collaborating with integration partners to implement processes effectively. Solution Leadership: Act as the primary solution architect, converting HR objectives into technical deliverables, thereby maximizing the value of our Workday investment through a portfolio of tools. Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Drive the functional roadmap for People Data, emphasizing data integrity, access management, and compliance within the Workday environment. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of experience in solution design and deployment in Workday HCM, with demonstrated functional and technical expertise. 5+ years of experience in related Workday areas, including Learning, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Time-Tracking, or Payroll. Proven experience managing Workday security administration. Expertise in HR domains with the ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions. Ability to thrive in a complex and technically ambiguous environment. A proactive approach in ensuring product quality and platform health while achieving quick value delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Workday Pro or Partner certification in relevant areas. Strong capability to influence Workday best practices in collaboration with HR and engineering stakeholders. Fluency in various integration mechanisms and custom tools utilizing Workday APIs.
