Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts) - Night shift RRT role Hours per Week: 36 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Start Date: March 4, 2026 End Date: June 3, 2026 Employment Type: Travel, On-Site - travel respiratory therapist, hospital respiratory therapy jobs in Florida Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,520 - $1,640/week Qualifications & Requirements Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required Minimum 2 years of recent acute care hospital RRT experience Current NICU/PICU experience required - experience as a NICU respiratory therapist or PICU respiratory therapist preferred Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills for fast-paced clinical settings Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams in high-acuity environments Light gray (silver) uniform required Responsibilities Provide assessment, treatment, and ongoing evaluation for patients with respiratory diseases using advanced respiratory technologies and medication delivery systems Operate high-flow devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servo s, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, Heliox, and regular nebulizers Provide neonatal and pediatric respiratory support in NICU/PICU settings as required Document patient care accurately using Meditech Float to cover adult floors as needed - nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, chest physiotherapy (CPT), etc. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care Adapt to changing patient needs and fast-paced clinical situations Apply now to join our Miami healthcare team as a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
