Key Responsibilities: Lead by example: Manage opening/closing procedures, develop daily operation plans, and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient shop environment. Enhance the customer experience: Welcome and assist guests, prepare estimates, clearly explain services, and confidently close sales. Act as a liaison: Bridge the gap between technicians and customers; translate service inspections into reliable recommendations. Team development: Mentor service advisors and technicians, uphold procedures, recognize achievements, and address performance gaps. Business management: Oversee inventory and ordering, handle cash and point of sale operations, manage scheduling, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with OSHA/EHS regulations. Fill in for the Store Manager: Uphold exemplary standards during every shift when the Store Manager is absent. Ideal Candidate Attributes: 1-3 years of experience in automotive service management or retail repair leadership. Strong background in service sales, including tires, brakes, maintenance, or other mechanical services. Proven leadership capability in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and capability to lift 70 lbs, as hands-on assistance may be required. Self-driven individual who focuses on results, accountability, and personal growth. Flexible availability, including weekends, to support the team during peak business periods.
