Job DescriptionProject Accountant Responsible for processing and reviewing all payment applications from subcontractors, purchase orders, and incidental invoices for multiple projects Ensure all subcontractors pay applications and purchase orders are entered. Meet monthly with project team to analyze job cost and budget. Process monthly owner pay applications; submit all project-specific required back up and track. Ensure invoice approval process is being followed by project team and payments are processed timely in accordance with contract payment terms Responsible for reviewing lien waivers. Assist project team with the job closeout process as needed.
