About SafeStreets SafeStreets is a leading provider of home security and smart home solutions, dedicated to working closely with Builder Partners to deliver innovative safety and automation solutions for homeowners. We are eager to find a motivated Builder Partnerships Specialist to strengthen and expand our Builder Partner relationships, improve lead conversion, and drive business growth. Role Summary As a Builder Partnerships Specialist, you will oversee key relationships with SafeStreets' Builder Partners, playing an essential role in delivering continuous training and support to ensure partners are well-equipped to generate and convert leads effectively. Collaborating with internal teams, you will work pro-actively with lead lists to enhance sales performance and ensure partnership success. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for SafeStreets Builder Partner divisions. Develop and strengthen relationships with Builder Partners to trigger business growth. Provide ongoing training and support to Builder Partner teams about SafeStreets' products, services, and effective lead generation techniques. Ensure Builder Partners are well-versed in best practices to maximize lead opportunities. Leverage lead lists to boost lead conversion and overall sales performance. Design and implement strategies aimed at improving lead harvesting and conversion rates. Monitor and report on sales performance, training success, and partnership engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize sales initiatives and enhance process efficiencies. Qualifications & Skills At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the home security, smart home technology, or construction sector. Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders. Proven ability to improve lead conversion and streamline sales processes. Excellent presentation and communication skills for impactful training and partner interaction. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
