Salary Range: $30-$45/HOUR Work Hours & Benefits 40 hours per week Medical, Dental, Vision plans Free Basic Life Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability 401k Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Requirements: Minimum of 5 years related experience, Valid Driver's License, and a solid understanding of plumbing codes. Position Summary: You will oversee projects from initiation to completion, managing all aspects on-site including manpower, materials, and equipment, while ensuring effective communication between project managers and field workers. Key Responsibilities: Assign responsibilities and tasks to field personnel. Maintain high-quality standards in all work performed. Inspect work and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Achieve operational goals, budget compliance, and productivity levels. Organize timely delivery of materials and supplies to the job site. Enforce company policies and industry regulations. Additional Responsibilities: Support field foremen in their duties. Conduct preplanning and scheduling with Project Managers. Interact with customers to address needs effectively. Monitor inventory for materials and supplies. Recommend purchases for necessary equipment. Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of fieldwork. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate changes as needed. Provide guidance and support to directly reporting staff. Regularly assess productivity and report on goals. Prepare material lists and manage project documentation. Please note that the selected candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment background and drug screenings.
