We are looking for a passionate and skilled Engagement Marketing Strategist to lead our demand generation efforts and execute impactful marketing events across various regions, especially in dynamic markets. Your Responsibilities Include: Developing effective regional marketing strategies to build pipelines and reach revenue targets. Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to create and implement localized marketing programs, including in-person and virtual seminars, webinars, executive engagements, conferences, and networking events. Working with cross-functional teams to launch a diverse range of marketing initiatives that align with our business goals. Designing and executing targeted campaigns focused on strategic corporate initiatives, particularly in the healthcare sector. Demonstrating expertise in planning and executing field marketing programs for healthcare accounts, paired with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare buyer personas and market dynamics. Building and nurturing relationships with channel partners and key ecosystem allies to amplify our value propositions and enhance market visibility. Monitoring lead flow to ensure timely engagement by Sales teams with event attendees and campaign responders. Managing and analyzing critical metrics and performance indicators using Salesforce and Tableau. Oversight of the regional field marketing budget on a quarterly basis. Evaluating program outcomes and business contributions through insightful data analyses. Engaging with key stakeholders to foster enthusiasm and adoption of marketing initiatives. Supporting corporate objectives by providing actionable feedback, sharing best practices, and advocating for regional marketing efforts. Qualifications and Experience Required: At least 7 years of experience in field or event marketing roles within a fast-paced, high-growth technology landscape. Extensive expertise in Field and Channel Marketing, with a proven track record of career advancement. Demonstrating the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously while exhibiting agility and adaptability as priorities shift. Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey regional marketing strategies and secure buy-in from sales teams and partners. A strong understanding of IT buyers, with the ability to design compelling events tailored to specific buyer personas. Outstanding written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong project management, negotiation, decision-making, and strategic analysis abilities centered around data-driven methods. Proven ability to foster collaborative and trusting relationships with peers, sales teams, distributors, resellers, and clients. Preferred experience in targeted, industry-specific marketing, especially in healthcare. Demonstrated accountability and ownership of projects, sharing results transparently throughout the organization. Outcome-driven and analytical in approach, with a successful history of executing impactful field marketing initiatives. Familiarity with Marketing Automation, CRM (Salesforce.com), and GSuite is preferred. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Willingness to travel as needed.
