Join our team as a Driver Partner and earn a $100 new driver incentive while making up to $23/hr (net) with Via! At Via, we're transforming transportation with our app-based technology, creating efficient shared rides that help reduce congestion and emissions. We are partnering with the City of Calabasas to deliver on-demand ridesharing services and are seeking independent contractor Driver Partners to connect with riders through our platform. Enjoy the flexibility of choosing when to drive—there are no minimum commitments as an independent contractor. Utilize an efficient routing system to provide shared rides. Access 24/7 live support from our dedicated team. Lease a vehicle from our vehicle partner, reducing wear and tear on your personal car. To qualify as a Driver Partner with Via, you must: Hold a valid California driver's license. Be 25 years or older. Have a minimum of 1 year of driving experience. Possess a personal auto insurance policy. Lease and operate a vehicle from a vehicle leasing partner. Be available to attend WAV onboarding and be physically able to assist with a wheelchair and operate a WAV vehicle. Pass a comprehensive background check, including criminal and motor vehicle records. Complete a DOT pre-engagement drug test and comply with ongoing DOT drug and alcohol testing as mandated by FTA regulations. Additional requirements may be communicated to prospective Driver Partners as necessary. Note: To be eligible for the new driver partner incentive, you must drive for at least 10 hours on the Via platform within 30 days of completing your onboarding session. Offline time, including breaks, will not count towards this requirement. The terms of this promotion are subject to change at Via's discretion.
