Customs House Brokerage (CHB) ManagerJob Type: Full-time | On-site We're seeking an experienced CHB Manager to lead import and customs brokerage operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery. This role oversees day-to-day brokerage execution, supervises teams, and partners with internal stakeholders to support customer and commercial initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage daily import and brokerage operations with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency Ensure compliance with CBP, FDA, USDA, and other regulatory requirements Lead, coach, and develop CHB supervisors and import staff Support audits, compliance training, and SOP adherence Partner with Sales and Branch leadership on customs solutions and RFPs Track KPIs and drive continuous operational improvements Qualifications 5+ years in customs brokerage or international freight forwarding, including 4+ years in management Strong knowledge of CBP regulations and import compliance Customs Broker License preferred Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including cargo handling and customs compliance. Experience with logistics systems (CargoWise, Kewill, Descartes) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Note: This is a summarized description.
