We are looking for a passionate Manager of Printer Operations to oversee the daily functions of our printer network. In this vital role, you will ensure seamless printer onboarding, maintain effective communication, and manage capacity across our partners. You will play a crucial role in executing initiatives, ensuring that our printers meet the quality, cost, and delivery standards that Jiffy is known for. This position follows a hybrid work model with a requirement of a minimum of three (3) days per week onsite. Employees should expect to regularly work from the office to foster collaboration and meet business needs. The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 per year, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Manage the onboarding process of new and replacement printers, ensuring they meet operational readiness standards. Oversee day-to-day printer capacity, balancing supply and demand at national and DMA levels. Support the implementation of new initiatives like the 24-Hour Delivery project, including metric tracking and collaboration with printers. Communicate operational updates clearly and promptly to printers regarding process changes and prioritization. Assist with claims management by categorizing issues and working with printers on corrective actions. Participate in testing new product features to ensure they align with printer operational needs. Coordinate special initiatives, ensuring successful fulfillment and implementation. Provide reporting and analysis on printer capacity, performance, and claims to leadership. Requirements Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. 5-8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing. Strong skills in managing the daily performance of vendors or partners. Analytical skills to perform capacity analysis, monitor KPIs, and identify trends. Exceptional communication skills for managing external partner communications. Experience managing projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Proven problem-solving abilities with adaptability to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in partner onboarding and capacity management in a distributed network. Familiarity with eCommerce fulfillment, print, or manufacturing environments. Proficiency with project management tools and reporting software.
