This role is reporting directly to the Poly6 General Manager and involves collaboration with CPP Corporate Accounting and Finance to ensure compliance with enterprise financial policies and reporting standards. As a vital partner to site leadership and corporate finance, you will promote financial discipline, transparency, and scalable processes to facilitate rapid growth. Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Close: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate standards. Prepare and review financial statements while managing account reconciliations and accruals. Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Finance: Lead cost accounting activities including standard costing and inventory valuation. Partner with Operations and Engineering to drive improvements and refine cost models. Internal Controls, Compliance & SOX Readiness: Maintain internal controls and lead efforts to mature processes in line with corporate requirements. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis: Lead annual budgeting and provide variance analysis to support decision-making. Cash, Working Capital & Systems: Manage cash flow, working capital controls, and support ERP implementation. Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership: Build and mentor accounting talent while being a trusted partner across the organization. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA preferred. 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or finance, preferably in manufacturing settings. Strong knowledge of cost accounting and experience with multi-site operations. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Expertise in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards. Thorough understanding of inventory management and manufacturing variances. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Excellent communication skills to translate financial data into actionable insights. Work Environment: Onsite work in an office/cubicle setting within a production facility. 10-15% travel to Burlington and occasional corporate meetings.
