The ideal candidate will be responsible for structuring profitable and compliant transactions, accelerating deal closures by working closely with sales teams, and ensuring adherence to revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines. This role requires frequent hybrid office attendance, three times per week, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and manage deal approvals efficiently.Key Responsibilities: Manage first-line approvals for the deal approval process, including deal structuring.Meet regularly with sales teams to identify and address Customers' critical business issues.Communicate deal value to cross-functional stakeholders through documented business cases.Draft and certify customer contracts, ensuring they meet and customers' requirements.Monitor adherence to company policy, procedures, and internal revenue recognition policies. Must-Have Skills: Proficient in software revenue recognition accounting, including SOP 97-2.Strong capability in drafting and analyzing binding sales agreements.Excellent communication and organizational skills. Domain Experience Required: Bachelor's in finance or accounting or equivalent experience is mandatory.Proven experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk related roles.Familiarity with structuring multi-element contracts (subscriptions, licenses, services, and support) in the digital marketing or similar domain.
