Core Responsibilities Assist in the development, configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting of critical internal applications. Streamline backlog processes, reducing turnaround time on key requests. Identify quick automation opportunities by offering insightful development focus areas. Centralize technical support and intake to minimize fragmented processes. Create integrations across tools, systems, and data sources (e.g., APIs, automation flows). Develop reusable components to accelerate future development efforts. Collaborate across functions to enhance efficiency in broader business operations and initiatives. Pinpoint technical development chances for simplification, automation, and consolidation. Act as the team's primary technical authority, supporting multiple workstreams. Design scalable solutions that lessen dependence on a multitude of specialists. Lead ongoing systems enhancements, optimizations, and automation initiatives. Provide technical guidance for future tool evaluations, upgrades, and implementations. What You Bring 5-7+ years of development experience in one or more general-purpose languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL). Hands-on experience with APIs, system integration, and workflow automation. Strong problem-solving mindset and solution design skills. Quick learning abilities in new tools, platforms, and technical environments. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders across different functions. Outstanding documentation, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with APEX is a plus. Experience in data workflows, system administration, or process automation is advantageous. A background in supporting business operations, analytics, or enterprise systems is desirable.
