Job Title: Buyer/Purchaser Job Description The Buyer/Purchaser will be responsible for identifying essential components for automated pumping systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical parts. This role involves providing pricing and sales quotes for both internal and external customers, purchasing materials, and offering parts information and support to company technicians, independent service partners, and facility operators. The Specialist will also source parts, process warranty returns, maintain pricing and product data within the company's ERP system, manage inventory levels, and process sales orders. Schedule & Pay 1st Shift: 7:30AM-4PM OR 8AM-5PM Pay: $20-$24/hr Responsibilities Identify components needed for automated pumping systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical parts. Provide pricing and sales quotes for internal and external customers. Purchase materials and create RFQs and POs. Offer parts information and support to technicians, service partners, and facility operators. Source parts for various pumping systems. Process warranty returns. Maintain pricing, product data, and other information within the ERP system. Maintain inventory levels. Process sales orders. Perform other duties or assignments as needed. Essential Skills Experience with ERP systems, particularly Acumatica. Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and vendor interactions. Ability to create RFQs and POs. Proficiency in managing purchase orders, sourcing suppliers, and processing sales orders. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in data entry and inventory management. Familiarity with SAP and fulfillment processes. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a warehouse office setting with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Mary, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
