Customer Service Representative

Join a professional team as a Residential Lines Account Manager in an independent insurance brokerage. Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday Pay: $45,000+/year (DOE) This is a direct hire position with benefits. Responsibilities: -Provide exceptional customer service. -Respond promptly to customer questions -Provide solutions to problems. -Process policy renewals, change requests and claims.
