Your Role: As a Consulting Specialist, you will report to the Senior Director of Consulting. Your primary responsibility is to manage client engagements, providing strategic solutions related to their marketing, sales, and operations needs. You'll be expected to deliver projects on time and within budget, cultivate team knowledge, and enhance client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Consultation: Design tailored solutions that align with client business objectives, ensuring ongoing success through effective integration of technologies. Client Engagement: Provide top-notch communication to clients, ensuring clarity and identifying opportunities for growth. Project Coordination: Develop and oversee project plans to ensure timely and efficient execution of client deliverables. Client Relationship Management: Facilitate planning meetings for technology implementations, ensuring quality delivery. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their objectives and challenges. Identify opportunities for upselling and present strategic proposals. Ensure that your team's work aligns with client goals and offers substantial value. Project Management Duties: Manage detailed project plans using project management tools. Organize team resources efficiently to meet targets. Address challenges quickly and optimize workflow for team members. Monitor project progress and report on results to ensure timely completion. Business Strategy Implementation: Utilize your expertise to deliver actionable insights and recommendations. Lead client projects to ensure alignment with long-term goals. Maintain project plans and collaborate with internal teams to manage tasks effectively. Develop consulting proposals as needed to further client objectives. Administrative Duties: Participate in daily and weekly meetings to assure team alignment. Stay connected with team and clients through various communication methods. Qualifications: Deep understanding of go-to-market teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success. Experience in managing client relationships and navigating their needs. Solid project management capabilities with an emphasis on organization and execution. Aptitude for translating business goals into actionable plans. Proficient with HubSpot, Google Suite, and project management software. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with additional technologies such as AirCall and Snowflake. Experience with systems like Kantata. Industry specialization is a plus. Knowledge of integrations and website development related to HubSpot.
