Join our dynamic team as an IT Architect and Agile Coordinator, where you will empower our Scrum Team to reach new heights in Agile development. Your expertise will guide our team through successful project execution while fostering a collaborative environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate the workflow of the Scrum Team. Coach and guide the team in executing Agile development practices and eliminating obstacles that impede progress. Ensure clear goals and project scope for the teams. Lead Scrum Events, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Enhance team communication and monitor team dynamics for continuous improvement. Job-Specific Duties: Lead Agile Ceremonies with confidence, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives. Actively participate in SAFe Execution events, such as PI Planning and Inspect and Adapt workshops. Proactively identify and resolve project blockers while collaborating with other teams. Promote predictability by helping maintain a healthy backlog and supporting the Product Owner in managing stakeholder expectations. Drive continuous improvement through the use of metrics to elevate the team’s delivery and technical performance. Ensure transparency by maintaining high-quality data in Jira and Confluence. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a related field. 7-10 years of relevant professional experience. Equivalent education and experience combination considered. Job-Specific Minimum Requirements: Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) required; advanced certifications preferred. Expert proficiency in Jira and Confluence. A commitment to servant leadership and fostering an Agile mindset within teams. Strong facilitation skills for bridging communication between technical teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Government Health and Human Services (HHS) projects. Experience transitioning teams from Waterfall or “Agile-In-Name-Only” to high-performing SAFe teams. The position has a minimum salary of $130,000 and a maximum salary of $160,000. We ensure compliance with regulatory minimum wage rates.
