Position OverviewWe are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and upkeep of multiple Earthborne facilities throughout the Bucks County area. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for ensuring our buildings, systems, and grounds remain safe, functional, and operating at peak performance.This role is ideal for a skilled technician with strong commercial HVAC experience, solid general maintenance capabilities, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites. Why Join Earthborne Stable, long-term opportunity with a respected, growing organizationFamily-owned culture where your work directly impacts daily operationsCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunity to work independently while being supported by a strong teamVariety in work—no two days are the same Key Responsibilities Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance across multiple facilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units and building systemsConduct building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, floors, and general repairsRespond to maintenance requests and facility issues in a timely, professional mannerPerform inspections to identify potential issues before they impact operationsCoordinate with external vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are requiredMaintain compliance with safety standards, OSHA requirements, and local codesSupport facility projects such as renovations, equipment installs, and seasonal preparationsMaintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and documentationTravel between locations as needed to support operational needs Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or commercial service work Hands-on Commercial HVAC experience, including installation, maintenance, and repair Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across mechanical and building systemsWorking knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsAbility to read wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentationFamiliarity with refrigeration cycles, pressure/temperature diagnostics, and system performanceUnderstanding of applicable building, mechanical, and electrical codesAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time across multiple locationsComfortable using digital tools, work orders, and mobile devicesValid driver’s license and ability to travel locally Required Commercial HVAC ExperienceCandidates must have hands-on experience with: Removing and installing commercial HVAC systems and componentsPerforming preventive maintenance and emergency repairsDiagnosing system failures and performance issuesRunning and repairing duct-work and pipingReading and interpreting wiring diagrams and control schematicsUnderstanding refrigerants, airflow, pressure, and temperature dataEnsuring compliance with local HVAC and safety codes Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial roofing systemsExperience maintaining large commercial or industrial buildingsCommercial electrical experience (panels, circuits, lighting, controls)Experience working in multi-site or campus-style environments We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
