We are looking for fun and energetic Assistant Teachers for our school. Daily Responsibilities Our Assistant Teachers work together with lead teachers: Developing lesson plansMeeting the individual's needs of the childrenCommunicating with parentsParticipating in staff and training meetingsInteracting with the children to support play, exploration, and learningPresenting expectations that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental levelPlanning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skillsCommunicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staffBuilding teamworkUsing assessment toolsCommitting to continuing education This position is responsible for ensuring kitchen compliance with Goddard's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards.
