Role Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quality Management Systems Leader, where you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement a cutting-edge quality strategy that promotes operational excellence throughout our division. In this pivotal role, you will elevate our Quality Management System (QMS) to fully comply with CMS, ISO, and other regulatory standards, while spearheading process improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance and regulatory preparedness. You will lead the Quality Assurance department to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes through rigorous audits, comprehensive reviews, and performance evaluations. As a key driver of continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness, your contributions will be vital to our success. Salary Range $100,000 ~ $120,000 The offered base pay may vary within this range based on your relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, and may sometimes exceed this range. Work Location We are supportive of remote work in the following approved states: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin Employees residing within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters (1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI) are expected to work in a hybrid format, 2 days a week. What Makes This Position Ideal for You? If you: Can ensure alignment of the QMS with ISO 9001, CMS regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and organizational quality priorities. Enjoy overseeing the operational execution, maintenance, and continual evaluation of core QMS processes, such as document control, CAPA, SLAs, and performance measurement systems. Can lead the Quality Assurance (QA) Department, guiding QA/QC functions to meet CMS and organizational quality expectations. Have extensive experience managing QA/QC activities, such as audits and quality monitoring. Are passionate about driving QMS improvement initiatives to enhance performance and compliance. Proficiently analyze and report on quality performance data to support leadership decision-making. Wish to engage with shared services and external auditors on readiness and regulatory needs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance. 3+ years in a senior or managerial position. ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification and QMS Auditor certification required; Lead QMS Auditor training preferred. Strong understanding of ISO 9001 QMS in regulated environments, particularly healthcare. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to collaborate with stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in quality assurance practices, regulatory frameworks, and quality training program development. Aptitude for leading complex quality improvement projects that yield measurable ROI. Remote Work Requirements Wired (ethernet cable) internet connection from your router to your computer. High-speed cable or fiber internet.
