This is a vital leadership position where you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategy for research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of our Primary Focus pipeline on a global scale. You will oversee a diverse portfolio comprising over 20 research and development projects and 4 modality platforms. Key responsibilities include: Setting pipeline priorities and leading project execution. Managing a comprehensive budget aligned with our Primary Focus objectives. Collaborating across divisions to advance the Primary Focus goals. Driving continuous investment and monitoring project progress. Representing the company in scientific and industry forums. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred) and bring 15-20 years of experience in cancer drug development within the pharmaceutical industry. You should be capable of developing and refining our strategy, leading within a complex matrix organization, and inspiring teams both internally and externally.
