Position Purpose: As a Senior Business Analyst for Operations in Electrical & Lighting, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of The Home Depot. You will lead diverse projects and initiatives, harnessing your analytical skills to dissect complex problems and arrive at data-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include managing Electrical & Lighting maintenance accounts, overseeing vendor relationships, analyzing financial data, and guiding project teams to success. Your expertise in identifying industry trends and effective communication will be instrumental in driving our business forward. Key Responsibilities: Lead project teams, fostering collaboration among analysts and associates. Conduct data gathering and analysis; develop strategic solutions and plans. Create clear and impactful documentation for team and leadership review. Deliver engaging presentations to various audiences, including executive leaders. Commit to continuous self-improvement and team development initiatives. Direct Manager/Direct Reports: Reports to Store Operations Process Manager or Business Manager. No permanent direct reports; however, you will provide guidance to work groups, review assignments, and contribute to their development. Travel Requirements: Minimal overnight travel, less than 10% of the time. Physical Requirements: Primarily sedentary work, with occasional movement or lifting of light objects. Working Conditions: Work is conducted in a comfortable indoor environment, with rare unpleasant conditions. Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: A Master's Degree is preferred. At least 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. Preferred Education: No additional educational requirements.
