In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and our development team in Sweden to build, maintain, and improve services used by leading automotive and transportation customers in the U.S.This position combines technical development with customer-facing collaboration. You will help design new services, deliver data to customers, and support integrations and feature development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, plan, and design new services and features.Maintain and improve current production systems.Analyze existing and new data to support service improvements.Support customer integrations and technical onboarding.Deliver data products to U.S. customers.Work closely with Sales and CSM teams to translate customer needs into product improvements.Participate in customer meetings and industry conferences.Create visualizations that support customer use cases.Collaborate with NIRA AB’s (Sweden) development teamRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in software development or a related technical field.Technical SkillsBasic skills in PythonExperience with React + TypeScriptFluent in English (written and verbal)Preferred QualificationsExperience2–3 years of professional experience.Background in a field relevant to NIRA’s operations (automotive, civil engineering, cloud development, etc.).Technical SkillsExperience deploying/operating applications on AWS, Azure, or GCPWorking experience with data analysisExperience working in an agile environmentKnowledge of: – Java – Spring Boot – PostgreSQL – CI/CD pipelines – FigmaPersonal TraitsSelf-driven and proactiveStrong problem-solving skillsCommunicative and socially confidentBusiness-mindedAdaptable and goal-orientedWorks well in small teamsComfortable asking for help and receiving feedbackFlexible work from home options available.
