Summary of Job Description: The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Field Recruiting team. This position involves assisting with various recruiting activities, administrative tasks, and preparing correspondence as needed. You will collaborate with different levels of Operations management to address their recruiting needs, including organizing recruiting events and projects for New Store Openings. Job Responsibilities: Assist the Field Recruiting team with sourcing candidates, initial screening, and connecting with applicants to assess their qualifications and interest. Refer qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring teams. Support Field HR Recruiting by posting job openings, conducting background checks, scheduling interviews, and ensuring smooth recruiting processes. Respond to inquiries from Operations management regarding job postings and recruitment materials. Train associates on recruiting technology to enhance productivity. Coordinate logistics for Open Houses for Operations Management, including event setup, registration, confirmations, and promotional activities. Participate in job fairs, community events, and other recruiting-related functions to promote available positions. Identify issues impacting field recruitment and propose activities to continuously improve the recruitment process. Manage the administration of the Operations referral bonus program, verifying requests, determining eligibility, and facilitating bonus disbursement. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry for recruiting metrics, responding to calls and emails, and generating HR reports. Your background & experience: Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of one year in an administrative or customer service role is required. At least one year of HR experience in sourcing candidates preferred, utilizing diverse job boards or relevant recruitment methods. Successful completion of required training programs. Must obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment. Pay Range: $28-$35 per hour based on experience and location.
