Wholesale Account Specialist WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Wholesale Sales Account Specialist to grow existing accounts, expand existing client base, and increase market share by selling WeatherTech Direct products to a variety of businesses including automotive distributors, dealerships, and retailers. This position requires a passion for process excellence, a drive for results, and the ability to lead and influence. Hourly rate starts at $25 or more depending on experience. As a Wholesale Sales Account Specialist, you willSupport the operations of the team by monitoring employee phone and email correspondence with customers, assigning tasks, providing customer service, and resolving escalated situations Assist customers with placing orders and offer customer service via phone and email; coordinate with the product development team for support as needed Train wholesale staff on new and existing products, systems, technical knowledge, policies, and procedures Ability to travel to attend trade shows and meet with leads and current accounts. Plan and organize schedules to maximize in-person visits within a specific geographic area. Handle scheduling tasks and manage office day/hybrid schedules Process phone, internet, and stock orders as well as process any product returns, exchanges, or special orders Improve sale metrics by providing information regarding stock orders, order modifications, order status, tracking information, and product information Create Electronic Data Interchange stock orders Create authorization numbers for special orders and submit return authorization numbers Solve fitment cases to help reduce customer returns Collaborate with the accounting department to confirm customer account status Communicate with the shipping/receiving department to inquire about any order questions or concerns Assist and direct customer service representatives to help solve complicated customer related inquires Maintain and leverage knowledge of company products as well as industry trends to manage client expectations and experience Perform duties while maintaining strong prioritization and organizational skills along with professional communication in all customer interactions Provide supplemental phone coverage for other departments when needed Follow company safety rules and keep designated work area in a clean and orderly condition Perform other duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales and customer service High School Diploma or equivalent Must be proficient in Epicor CMS System, Microsoft Suite, and Data Search/Entry Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, ratios, and averages Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with customers as well as other departments within the company Excellent verbal and written communication skills Authorized to work in the United States Why you'll love working at WeatherTech Direct WeatherTech Direct is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and clean and safe workspace.
