Your expertise in data architecture and analytics will play a crucial role in driving business success. Skills and Attributes for Success: Expertise in designing scalable data engineering solutions on Databricks across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong ability to maintain data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle. Proven experience in building end-to-end data pipelines, from ingestion to transformation and storage. Exceptional communication skills to explain complex data concepts to a diverse audience. A solid track record in leading and mentoring teams, while cultivating an inclusive and innovative culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. 4-6 years of relevant experience in data engineering focused on cloud solutions. Deep expertise in Databricks and hands-on experience with Spark for big data processing. Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or SQL. Required Expertise for Managerial Role: Strategic Leadership: Align data engineering initiatives with organizational goals. Project Management: Successfully oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
