Annuities product implementation experience is must strong functional knowledge of Annuities Business Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for annuity products. Align product goals with business objectives and regulatory requirements. strong in writing user stories Backlog Management Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. Write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Experience with digital transformation in the insurance or retirement space. Familiarity with financial modeling and actuarial concepts. Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent.
