Train and reinforce our company’s processes and procedures while improving profitability and customer satisfaction through strong leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to safety and performance. The ideal candidate combines hands-on HVAC expertise with the ability to coach technicians and improve key metrics.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead, train, and motivate maintenance technicians (through ride-alongs & performance reviews) for skill development, quality control and customer experience improvementsOversee scheduling, service agreements, and daily operations to drive growth and retentionEnsure technical excellence, safety compliance, and adherence to company standardsPlan and facilitate weekly training meetingsReview performance data, trends and quality reports to identify coaching opportunitiesAddress escalated maintenance-related customer concerns as neededQUALIFICATIONS3-5+ years of HVAC service experience (leadership experience preferred)Strong technical knowledge in maintenance, diagnostics, and repairsExcellent communication and customer service skillsValid driver’s license with clean driving recordADDITIONAL BENEFITS$5,000 Annual Bonus based on Company-Wide Gross ProfitCompany vehicle and gas cardPaid training and professional developmentHealth, dental, and vision insuranceVIDEO – LEARN MORELearn what it’s like to work at Busby’s –
